Ministry vanilla sauce (cold)

3 egg yolks
1/2 dl sugar
2 dl cream (whipping cream)
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 vanilla pod

The 3 egg yolks is whipped creamy together with 1/2 dl sugar. Take out all the seeds from the vanilla pod (cut it open with a sharp knife and clean it out with a spoon) and put it in the mix. Add the vanilla sugar to the whipping cream and whip it good before adding it all together with the whipped sugar and yolks.
