A phenomena appeared one day, and boy am I happy I got a camera handy!!
And the EMOAJ Team is standing by!

At the Ministry we suffers sometimes from Cabin-fever. We might need to build ourselves a little hut. Here’s a few inspirational cabins to ponder…
From Samara, Russia (art project “Artnews Outdoor”) the word has it is over. The Ministry has part of this project and the Minister have been visible all over Russia starting in Samara and surrounding areas on different busstop billboards. (Regretfully there was no chance going there to perform a HopArt in Volga.)
Samara is one of the largest cities in Russia. It is situated in the southeastern part of European Russia, the Volga Federal District, at the confluence of the Volga and Samara Rivers. Samara is also the administrative center of Samara Oblast. The embankments of the town has been compared with Lake Geneva.
The following video documenting the project reached the Ministry some time ago. About 8 minutes into this thriller you’ll find the Minister.
A little glimpse of the project that have been twinkling all winter. Some 40 wind turbines throughout the landscape are visible for miles and miles. Thousands and thousands have seen it by now.
Mini-coopers in all the wrong places had to eventually end up in Sweden and Ladonia… Lars Vilks and Evert Ljusberg in a sweet mix and you can even catch a glimpse of The Minister of Art presenting Ladonias President.
“Sweden might be a cold, snowy hive of conformity. But it also produces some fantastic micronation-creating weirdos.”
Another year another flue
The New Year was commenced with a great big flue with high temperatures, that knocked the Minister of Art flat on his back for at least a week. Still not running on all cylinders, but trying to get by as good as possible. The big light-art project FOURCE is still running strong and a few commissions for the Ministry Information department has been cooking through a relatively calm January.
