Flash-back freeze-point! From this years first HopArt-jump, on Earth Hour, in the first days of April (I can tell you it’s a bit chilli in the waters in Sweden that time of year…). But when the Minister goes to work, there is no turning back – even if he tries to… The jump was performed in Eslöv in a little lake nearby the town center (Trollsjön).
A teaser from the upcoming film about the events this summer on the Micro nation Conference in London. Among many other prominent people the Minister of Art is visible as well as the Queen of Ladonia, Carolyn I.
From Samara, Russia (art project “Artnews Outdoor”) the word has it is over. The Ministry has part of this project and the Minister have been visible all over Russia starting in Samara and surrounding areas on different busstop billboards. (Regretfully there was no chance going there to perform a HopArt in Volga.)
Samara is one of the largest cities in Russia. It is situated in the southeastern part of European Russia, the Volga Federal District, at the confluence of the Volga and Samara Rivers. Samara is also the administrative center of Samara Oblast. The embankments of the town has been compared with Lake Geneva.
The following video documenting the project reached the Ministry some time ago. About 8 minutes into this thriller you’ll find the Minister.
